I've been so excited for the opening of the coffee shop and I can confirm it did not disappoint! The Acai bowls are super fresh and great value for money. I had a lovely iced coffee and my friend really enjoyed her Macha!

We will be back!! Possibly tomorrow 🤣🙌

I absolutely loved my experience here. The studio is stunning and the whole atmosphere is so calm and welcoming. The class was amazing and I left feeling so much better both mentally and physically 💖 I’ll definitely be coming back! Especially for the coffee 😁

Pilates at reform & revive is amazing. Yesterday was my first class and Holly (instructor) was so welcoming and went through everything with me so I felt comfortable. I absolutely loved the class and felt great afterwards. Not to mention the gorgeous in house cafe with their lovely coffee’s and food! The whole vibe is wonderful and I’ll be returning every week for sure.

I’ve been doing reformer Pilates in California for years and was struggling to find a comparable work out when I moved to Telford. My prayers were answered when Reform & Revive opened in Stafford Park! What a beautiful facility with incredibly talented instructors. Jamie and the team have knocked this one out of the park. My instructor, Sophie, lead a workout I won’t soon forget (neither will my glutes!) and I cannot wait for my next class. 10/10. 5 million stars.

Absolutely beautiful studio & Cafe, today was my second time coming and everyone is so welcoming and lovely. I’ve had Sian twice and she is a brilliant teacher, I really enjoy coming & can’t wait to come again!! The cafe is beautiful, a massive selection of healthy food and drinks which make you feel sooo nice after a good session. Plus, today was international women’s day and the women at Reform and Revive are that amazing they gave us all free drinks. ❤️❤️
